Black or Blue Ink??

So this is probably a very silly question but I'm so nervous about submitting something wrong...

I Just noticed on form IMM 5406 that is says to type or print in BLACK ink and it doesn't say this on any other form...

I typed everything and printed except for the signatures which I signed in blue ink on this form and all the others... are they all supposed to be in blue ink?

Black ink is what I did mine in.

I figured to just do them all in black ink just in case. I would hate for something to have to be redone for signing in blue ink, even if it did not specify.
