BITS PILANI WES process *** help ***

The BITS Pilani website link (http://wilpdar.bits-pilani.ac.in/graduation/instructions.html) mention two things:
(a) Duplicate Transcripts
(b) Verifications of Qualifications (per student / Attestation of copy of Degree Certificate(s) (one set))

For the WES application, which of these is needed? In my view it should be only (a). Can someone who has gone through this process confirm?

If (b) is required, what is to be filled in "requester details" and "client details" section?

The entire form is extremely confusing.
