Bit Confused about Education Points

Dear Bloggers and Applicants!

I am little confused about my points in “ Education Factor”. I am Mechanical Engineer and full time MBA from accredited university. I did my Engineering in 2002 and after that I worked on the basis of Engineering degree. After that I did my MBA in ,2007 upto 2009, on the basis of experience and Education Qualification ( B.E ). Presently I ma planning to apply as Human Resource Manager (O112) after my MBA program.

Please guide and educate that how much points I will get for qualification ( Engineering and MBA)

Your education degrees (B.Eng or M.eng and MBA as the case may be will fetch you 23 points). and it does not matter if it does not tally with your job title. But ensure that you have a job experience in HR before you apply. Your reference letter from your employer stating that you have worked full time for one continuous year as a Human Resource Manager will at least fetch you 9 points for Work experience. By the way I hope you know that Mechanical Engineering is listed on the 50 eligible NOCs for 2014? Why don't you apply for that instead of apply for HR that seem not to have a work experience?
