Base sa imo gisulti na Oct. 2010 pa nakadawt ug letter imo papa nga nagapangayo ug additional docs which includes IELTS nya...tama ba. usually sa letter sa VO nakasulat ngadto nga kung dili ka makacomply sa requirements, they will consider that you are no longer interested in immigrating to Canada. Should there be any reasons for the applicant to fail in submitting the need docs or will not be able to meet these docs within the given period, he/she should at least inform the VO in writing bago pa ma impass ang 60 days. however, pagnasa rana sila manghatag ug extension, kay naga-assume na sila nga ready na dapat ang docs by the time na i-require nila sa imoha sama sa PCC, PP, ug uban pa....i really regret to tell, sa akong opinion lng, i think rejected nato ang case sa imo papa...labi na nga more than six months na ang nilabay since sa ilang letter...i suggests na kung interesado dyapon imo papa mag-immigrate to canada, mag-apply na lng sya sa new Ministerial intructions as FSW1 thats if included sa in-demand list ang profession sa imo papa....mas-maayo sad kung mu-apply mo nga kamo-kamo na lng kanang wala nay agency para mas-minus gastos ug mas masabtan nimo ang taga-usa ka process nga agi-an sa imong papeako wala na ni-agi papeles....kadaghanan diri sa amoa, sama nako, wala na ni-agi pa ug agency...sa CIC website tua na completo ang mga processo nga imo buhaton...magkugi lng gyud ug basa ug research... also, kami diri sa forum...andam man sad mutubag sa mga panguta kung kablo sad sa tubag.
kini akong ginasulti opinion ra nako ni ug basin lahi pud ang imnyong kaso, although walay dautan kung tis-tingan lng ninyo sad ug hangyo sa VO egarding your case...anohter thing pa diay, since naa mo sa daan nga MI, dugya pa kaayo ang processo nga agian ana, unlike sa bag-o nga MI paspas kaayo, ang uban makadawt na ug visa in 8 months time pinakasayo.

thanks brod. as far as I know wla pa mi kadawat ug recent nga letter gkan sa VO. kung mu re-apply mi as a new applicant mga pila kaha amu mabayran bai? akong erpat ang principal applicant then ako (27 yrs old, akong ermat (52 yrs old).. ive seen sa CIC nga site under Immigration Applications for Persons Outside Canada naa didto ang rates... kung mu re-apply same ra ghpon amung bayran?tia

hello, murag diha mi na receive nga letter ato tyma. was asked by embassy kung interesado pa mi mu pursue sa amung plans mo migrate and we said YES..mao to tyma nibalhin mi lain agency para cla mutiwas ug follow up sa amung papers. last namu nga letter nadawat was aug 2010 regarding our assessment points gtgaan mi 60 days to comply with the requirements pro wla mi naka comply. just waiting for the other docs then i follow up nasad nko pra mhibaw mi ug unsay tubag sa embassy if mu reconsider ba or rejected ang application.

salamat sa reply. pero wala mo nag re apply sa application nyo? pag balhin nyo agency, same application ghapon mo? wala pa kc mi na receive na update eh. until now in process ghapon...

wla sa FSW list pero naa sa NOC List (NOC 4121). murag Provinicial Nominee Program to iyang gi applayan sa Ontario pero dli ko sure. pila kaha amu magasto ani balik sa?
