Ni landing ra 1 month sa Toronto last November for PR card then balik sa Dubai para humanon contract.
plano mo settle na puhon next few months kng wala lay mga kakuli-an.

Si Isyisy,maayo kay daghan ug na share about edmonton,ako pud na dasig nga mo settle didto.

nindota cguro puhon mag ka tapok2 ang mga bisdak sa edmonton.

Sure I can. I'd rather change that question to 'how much inyo budget', coz I know apartments from 700 (one room, layo sa downtown) up to 1200 (two rooms, in downtown)

usually, one month downpayment nah.

there's this free monthly magazine nga "Renter's Guide" nga makuha ra nimo sa major sidewalks. i'll can get one for you. mao na sya ang one-stop nga magazine to look for apartments.

guarantor? depende, kung dako gani nga company ang ga handle sa apartment kay wiling na sila manawag sa pinas. ang manager diri's among apartment kay nanawag jud sa landlord namo diha sa Cebu, good thing kay we're good renters for 3 years. tapos ga background check pud sila sa credit history (miski wala pa sulod ang credit history, mas maka pasar daw na kaysa duna kulang).

In case nga dili daw sila convince sa background check, ang advance deposit kay mas taas, 3 months, sa uban kay money down jud for 6 months.

In edmonton, there are schools everywhere, even in downtown there's a public high school, but I see that you'd rather prefer siguro didto dapit sa west edmonton mall kay para mas daghan kalinganwan, buses and duna jud atmosphere nga family living. you're looking for "West side", "West End", "Jasper Place", "Glenora", "Westmount"... mga diha dapita.

i spent around 10 days in Calgary during weekends and I can say nga parehas parehas ra. in terms of opportunities sa healthcare, parehas ra pud. what i know is that naa jud shortage diri sa Alberta

I was just curious kung unsa buhaton sa apartment managers kung dili successful sa duha, ingon sila nako nga pwede ra man but its going to be money down jud at least 6 months, others kay 3 months daw

btw: mag post nya ko puhon about credit history... all i can say now is that careful lang jud mo ug fill up ug papers nig abot diris canada kay para dili ma syakoi inyong credit profile.

reservations diri kay one month advance man jud. at least most of the apartments nga among gi adto when we were apartment hunting... we went to around 5~6 apartments before here.
