hello kazu,,
ask lang ko naa bakay mga docs na nay arabic??
gipa translate nmo dha?like s residence visa? then gpanotarize nmo s pinas?
thankyou!!!!!
hi layka!
it's great to hear from you! musta na?
yes, i've got a couple of documents - Police Clearance and Photocopy of my Residence Visa.
here's what i did:
1. Police Clearance - akong gipa-translate sa isa sa mga official translators (it's a third party non-government owned business establishment but, government authorized) ang Police Clearance. i paid mga 35riyals (equivalent 400pesos for a 2-page document). pagkahuman og translate, akong gidala ang document sa Chamber of Commerce then akong gipatatakan sa ilang "holographic sticker". it's more like of an authentication. i paid 30riyals (equivalent 350pesos). then akong gipadala sa embassy. gidawat ra man pud. hehehe...
2. Residence Visa (a.k.a. "iqama") - akong gi-photocopy (colored, back-to-back) and akong Iqama Identification Card. then akong gipa-translate. (35 riyals gihapon bayad). then ako sang gipatatakan sa Chamber of Commerce. then gisubmit with my documents initially didto sa Nova Scotia. wala na nako gipa-notaryohan sa isa ka pilipino nga abugado kay and "holographic sticker" sa chamber of commerce dinhi mao na may "authentication" sa pagpa-photocopy og pa-translate.
Any Arabic document must be translated to English unya always have that "holographic sticker" (or "Asharkiya stamp", as they refer it locally) sa imong mga english translated documents.
i hope i answered your questions. hehehe...
