Dear All,

I would like to know what procedures can be taken if there is birth of a new child after issuance of COPR but before travelling to Canada?

Thanks

Hi,
I am from India.
I received my COPR on 11th December 2018. My child was born in october 18. Please guide me for how to get my new born added.
I have dropped a mail to ‘CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca’ with attached passport copy and birth certificate of my child.
Also i got the medical done for my child on 15-12-2018 which is submitted.
Have also raised change in circumstances in ircc webform.
The time to reply by them is 10 business days which is too long considering the 30 days period for submission of passport (9 days have passed).

Pleas help on adding my child for COPR.
THANKS

You should have notified IRCC at the time of birth itself and then they would have issued you an ADR for baby's documents and all of you would have received PPR together..

Still you need to wait for response from IRCC as I believe your application status would already be in approved stage so ADR option might not be there
