Actually I have birth certi which is translated in English but it was done in India

so is it okay???

Translated in India by whom? You need to submit a notarized translated copy of the Birth Certificate if its not already in English / French.

Basically, you need to do this:

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.
