Birth certificates for yourself and all family members

Hi,

I am the principal applicant.

For spousal sponsorship, do I have to provide my parents' and brother's birth certificates being my family members as mentioned in the new checklist at page 4 and 1st point.

"Family members
An applicant’s closest relatives, in the context of an application. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children."

So, no.
