It will take 3-4 months to get birth certificate. Is that mandatory or we can send it later to cater the delay.

I applied thorough lawyer, I was also in same problem ,my employer was not hvg his kid long birth certificate, but my lawyer refused to apply without it bcz acc to him incomplete files are sent in backlog, I submit file after months delay but complete.
Our birth certificate is our first verification document, it is mandatory. So try to get before u apply.

Your , spouse birth certificate are mandatory, if you apply without certificate than at least attach explanation letter that you have applied for certificate with proof, but I suggest only to send all documents together.

I think no, ,for any immigration u need ur birth certificate. My lawyer did not attach these documents with my file. These r useful for india purpose only, rest some expert can suggest better.

I think no, ,for any immigration u need ur birth certificate. My lawyer did not attach these documents with my file. These r useful for india purpose only, rest some expert can suggest better.

Birth certificate weither old or new is always valid but it should contain all information correctly. Ask some expert how to make correction .
