BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Dear Seniors,
I have applied under NOC 1212 on June 15 2014. But I did not have my birth certificate so have processed with a letter by government body certifying a birth date of mine. Does it work?

Do you have a high school certificate showing date of birth and father's name ?. If so send a notarized copy of that also. The date of birth should tally in all your documents.

Submit copy of high school certificate which mentions your date of birth and/or parent's name.

You can also submit an affidavit from your parents that you are their child and mention your date and place of birth along with the high school certificate.

Additionally, you can write them a cover letter explaining why you can not get an official birth certificate.

thanks , I have submitted my HS certificate with by birth date on it. I think it shall work.

Do I need to send any affidavit for not able to show my birth certificate?

If yes What should I write there I never applied to get birth certificate. It will take lot of time If I apply and time is which I dont have.

10th certificate is enough it has dob, father n mother name?

on of the many reasons that caused rejection for many was NO Birth Certificate. One guy submitted SSC certificate in place of it and it got rejected. Affidavit might be useful.

Can you please suggest me what should I write there in affidavit. The actual reason is it will take at least 25 days to get birth certificate and application will be delayed?

Any suggestion?
