Birth certificate

Hi All
My question is that i don't have birth certificate because i was born in INDIA but after some year we move to Pakistan so about my case for PR what can i do ? i need to submit my Indian birth certificate or what? because we immigrant to Pakistan as my father is Pakistani and my mother is Indian.

That is the tough one. But basically birth certificate is issued county where you are born. But your parents must have registered you in Pakistan otherwise you won't be having ID card and Passport. So I personally think that you can get the birth certificate to the city where you are. Normally if you have done Matric studies in Pakistan you only have to provide that to the city council and they can give you the extract. (only the city where you were registered, ask your father)

Yes i have done Bechlour in Pakistan and i have Pakistani passport and CNIC as well i believe that i should not show my Indian birth certificate other wise my case will be dispute if i am right so.
and if i will get my birth certificate from Pakistan so the CIC will accept because i thing if the Pakistan Hospital give me birth certificate so they will mention the date of issue and CIC mention that birth Certificate not old after birth may i right.

you are mixing 2 things. CIC don't want the birth certificate from Hospital but the one that is registered in your city council, that is the birth certificate and that got nothing to do with hospital. You ca be born at home. As you have ID card and Passport it means you are registered, so just get that. Ask your father in which city he registered your birth. It is easy I recently did for my wife she had lost her birth certificate, they only ask for her Matric to prove it is her and then they gave that birth certificat, which is in Urdu then we got it translated and attested.

you mean to say that i need only certificate from my union council not from hospital? actually i am not faimler with that that way i am asking again.
and now a days birth certificate in Karachi are computerize so we need computerize certificate or just normal certificate for PR application?

also i want to know that my bro told me that if you will get birth certificate now so they will give you current date of issue so is it ok?

Nationals of Pakistan:
The following documents are required for you, the principle applicant, and for each of your dependent family members, if applicable to your situation:
•Original birth certificates for yourself and your family members including your spouse or common-law partner. A birth certificate is acceptable if the registration of the birth was made shortly after the birth

That is the exact extract. However Karachi is surely issuing the computerised birth certificate. it would show the date of birth, the date when it was registered. Computerised birth certificaate saves the translation and notorisation.

That is fine because they will also indicate at what date it was registration was done. the date they will put now is the issue date which is different.
