Birth Certificate Spelling Mistake for PNP-Paper Based Application.

Hello,
On my Birth Certificate my Father's name is misspelled as "u" instead of "oo" and my place of birth is also misspelled with one letter "a" is written instead of "e", all my other documents have correct name. I wanted to ask what should I do should I attach an affidavit or should I get it corrected. Thanks

hi,
I got it all corrected on the re-issued birth certificates. I don't know your situation I cannot comment on that.
