:o :o
hi ...I have my birth certificate in regional language ,though I have its translation in English and it is notarized. But the problem is that the copy of original document (regional language ) is not notarized or certified.
Can I Send PLAIN copy (original's )with translation (notarized)?
or
does it necessary both to be notarized?
please answerrrr....

Original documents are not notarized/certified. Copied/translated documents are only required to be certified/notarized.

Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
•the English or French translation; and
•an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
•a certified copy of the original document.

I was Just worried ,....Because this is written on the CIC website...I am just confused that they want ----Certified copy of original document

certified copy of original document means that they don't want ur original document but a photocopy which is notarized/certified by the advocate. Sorry to misread ur question. Yeah u need to provide the certified copy.
