unfortunately, for this kind of cases the "Rate is 10,000 -15000" Rs. believe me.

1000 Rs will not work.

Qtasneem should go to Secretary Union Council, meet him in privacy, don't tell him you need it for Immigration otherwise rate will go up to 20,000 -30,000 (trust me), request him in privacy, he will demand 10,000 - 15,000 then he will sort it out legally everything for you. he will require CNIC and School Cert Etc, within 3 days he will handover it to you (computerized birth Certificate).

Due to this immigration every where rates are high .........now a days.........even Education boar Clerk came to that this for Candian Immigration and they are getting Rs.10000/- for sealed enevelope ......if applicant is not willing they simply say .......we are unable to find the record of your matriculationand intermediate ........so come after a month ........and there is caip on app ........so ya ..........

so the birth certificate is not issued by Nadra right??
if not then Form-C and/or the registration form of birth from Municipal Corporation is acceptable by CIC?
seniors please correct me i am confused.
