PR Application of my mother

My mother doesn't have a birth certificate and when she went to the back home government for the Birth Certificate , they provided her a NO RECORDS FOUND letter..

Is there any other way i can provide a date of birth proof of my mother?

First of all, what is the country your mother is from ? I know that some countries doesn't have a real system for birth certificate and IRCC accept other means to prove birth date.

Sachin, if you are applying for your mother's immigration, you don't need birth certificate for her, They would need your birth certificate only.

I just finished filling in the forms for 2018 PGP for my MIL. They only ask for my husband's birth certificate (to proof that principle applicant is his mom). We only need to include photocopy of his mom's passport as ID.

Did you included any cover letter stating why date of birth certificate is not included in the application package? if so could you share?
