I need help in figuring out the solution for my problem. I applied for Bc pnp and revived it. I’m planning to apply for pr ( paper based)
Now the problem is, the name on my birth certificate and all the other documents including passport don’t match. When I applied for my passport I did do an affidavit but gave that to the passport office.
Since birth certificate is a mandatory document I’m wondering if anyone else has gone thru similar situation?
Also if I do get a birth certificate with my real name from India, will IRCC ask for the proof of legal name change?
