Birth Certificate from Catholic Church

We are preparing all the required documents, so that we can apply under FSWC in Jan 2013.My Spouse who is the principal applicant
and myself do not have a Birth Certificate issued from the govt. however we do have Birth certificates from our respective church.
Please confirm if this will suffice? or any other document which we will have to get to prove our birth dates.

same problem here bro. i dont have my birth cert. but having a baptism cert.
