Birth Certificate and Custody Documents Required?!

Hello,

We received an email from CIC asking us for Birth Certificate and Custody Documents

We are a bit surprised since we already sent Birth Certificate with the package.
We also don't know why do we need to send Custody papers, since we are married and the child is our biological child and both our names are on the birth certificate.

Any idea why?

In all cases, we can just send another Birth certicate, but where do we do the custody papers??

Also, we submitted our application to Mississauga, is it normal to send it to Vegreville, Alberta now?
