Birth and Police certificates - need notarized translation?

Hi everyone,

I have my package almost ready to be sent to CIO. However, I am sending my birth and police certificates in Portuguese, as they are not translated to English. Will CIO return my application?

Yes. It is a definite rejection. You will need to translate them into English or French and send the notarized translations along with the notarized copies of the non-translated versions.

Don't forget to put exact details on the envelope.

And do email and call CIO about your additional package so they know that. Mention tracking number in email too.
