Hi Everyone,

I am planing to apply for the CSQ. I am an Indian and live in delhi.

I have master's degree in CS and my wife is a PhD. She has practiced LAW in high court for more than 6 years. I have 5+ years on experience in some of the topclass software product companies like Sapient and RBS etc. We have one kid..

I have also worked in canada for 6 months on work permit. During this time I worked for TD bank.
During that stay we visited montreal, quebec city etc.

Few Questions-
What are the chances of getting an interview call?
What should we mention on our application regarding french knowledge?
I do not have a birth certificate so what should I attach for my self.

If some one need more information from me so that he/she can provide me a better guidance then do let me know as well.

Please cross check whether i have calculated my point correctly or not?

Education (BSc Statistics 2002, MCA 2006 India) - 12 points
Training Points - 6 if computerScience is considered, 12 if Statistics is considered.
Work experience (>5 years) - 8 points
Age (30) - 16 points
Language proficiency - French - 3 + 3 points ( Will get DELF - A2 certificate )
Language proficiency - English (Advanced) - 3+3 points (Tofel score >110 out of 120)
Financial self sufficiency - 1 point
Spouse Education: PhD (2011) - 3 points
Spouse Age (30) - 3 points
Spouse French - 0 points ( Might clear Delf A1)
Child - 4 points

Total points 71 max if (12 training points are added) other wise 65 Points (6 training points).

Please review my points as I might be missing something or was very lenient.

Please please help me.

My situation is a little similar to yours, My wife did her BSC in Statistics,Mathematics and Computer science and i have done MBA we both qualify but I have made her a primary applicant because its in priority processing and also good points for training area, coming to your question i see you do qualify easy and still you might have to attendant the interview. I have send my application this week , i dont have a birth certificate either so i went for notary, also you can get absent of birth record certificate/ no record from your Municipal corporation.

One more question.

Thanks a lot.

Re: biq hong kong March applicants

Any HK BIQ applicants here from March 2011 receive an interview call? No news here since receiving my AOR in March. Thanks.
