My dear friend!

I have applied in October 2010 and still no news. They update shows that if you applied in October 2010 from India then you should have been called for interview. But it seems that something is going wrong in BIQ HK.

Today morning I called them and asked them about my case, first they were not picking up my call after several try finally that lady who hardly speak English and has poor communication skills picked up my call. After Good morning I asked her about my case....you know what happened.....she told me that why are you calling us every week ...believe me she didn't even ask me my file number...though I got annoyed but I controlled myself and told her, madame, first of all the update in MICC site shows that we should have been called for interview because I have file number of October 2010, Secondly I told her that I have called Ministry of Immigration Quebec in Canada and they have told me that rely on the Processing time update and If it shows that it is your turn then your BIQ should have called you to interview. By the time she heard this Bingooooooo...... everything changed and she started to speak politely and decently and asked me to explain my status through e-mail and they will follow it up.

My dear friends!

I am not accusing them of some malpractice activities but I think in BIQ HK some corrupted elements are working who are doing fast services for their own people....We are leaving these Asian countries because the rate of Crime and Corruption is so high but we didn't know that these elements have already infiltrated even in these countries.

One more thing that I want to add here is that when I asked her that whether they have planned any interview for INDIA in this year? She said that no We don't have any such plan and as of now whoever has complete file we are calling them for interview to HK. But as far as I know many people had applied in this month but still they are not called for interview, why is it so?


My dear friends I would like to tell you that some people in BIQ Hk are doing something wrong and we are the sufferers otherwise in this One year at least the could communicate something to us other than that AOR which they are issuing in first month of receiving the application.


Believe me that our applications are not more than the Applications other BIQs which are hardly taking 6-8 months to call their candidates to interview.

For the past 5 months I am hearing that they are saying your file is understudy or still to go under study. What does it mean? Are they making Us fool....Wake up guys don't let them do anything they want.


I hope that I have not offended anyone here but whatever I said here is Exactly the truth nothing else.

What QuebeC 2011 has written i totally agree with him.
Even i had the same expirience, everytime i call them theyu dont even bother to speak,they dont take information from us as well. What they ask is when did u appy? i said March u will be called next year, thats all the update we get.
when u check the blogs here and in other websites processing in other BIQ is much faster.
6 months and am waiting. Looking at whats going on i guess i will have to wait for another 8 months for sure. This is sad but true.

Its not taht they are doing us a favour guys, we are investing our money, time and paitence from our end.
Looks like this issue with with BIQ HK only.

I wish if we have a portal to address this concern to the Quebec immigration Authorities in Quebec.

hello there it depends to whom the questions was address..... at first it was directed to the PA then afterwards she asked about my qualification and work exp then the question was in general so either one of us can answer..... as for our son since he's still a minor so he was not required to attend, so if your son is below 18 so not need to bring him along.

Don't be sure dear, because when I asked them whether they have any interview mission for INDIA in the month of NOV 2011, she replied that we don't have any such plan. and interview date should be communicated to candidates at least 2 month prior to interview.

why you don't you call them or drop them an e-mail, because setting quite won't help you at all dear.

Hello guys(specially Indians),

It's very sad news that there has been no any interview missions going to arrange in INDIA for this year. BIQ, Hong Kong recently updated the Interview Scheduled and for Asia's there are only 2 missions and that 2 are also going to held in Hong Kong only.So all the concerned applicants(those who have already been invited/who are going to be invited in the near future ) now will require to tight their seat belt and go to HK!!!

Number of missions means the interviews will be scheduled in two parts.First mission will start from Aug. 29 to Oct. 06 and than there will be some break time and again from Nov. 07 to Dec. 15 will be the second mission.Usually the whole single mission (e.g. Aug 29 to Oct. 06) is carried out by the same officer for all the dates included in that mission and for another mission different officer will be there and like that....(As per the seniors's view)
