The Rome embassy ask me for Biometrics and I did them on may 15th
Anyone knows how longe it will take for them for the visa ?

Biometrics is just a small part of the whole visa process. So once you complete all the steps (Medicals, Clear Background Check and Eligibility) that’s when you will get your PPR and get visa after passport submission and stamping.

I submitted my EE profile and received my AOR in UAE. Now I am travelling to India for 3 weeks. If i receive biometrics request while I am in India, can i provide it there? Or is there any restriction that you can submit only from the place your submitted your profile?

You can provide it at any authorised VFS centre. So yes you can.

I also submitted my Biometrics on May 27th /2019.. no response from Rome Visa Office. Any word from them? how you know how long it usually takes to respond back?? I am Sept.12/2018 application

   • And today finally I received an email for my wifes passport as the visa is ready from Rome to be released .
