Hi, I am new in this forum. I have a question: I didn't see anyone talking about biometrics. I got a letter asking to provide mine and my family biometrics. We provided on December but still like we didn't provide it in my GcKey account. Didn't get any other letters like Medical exams yet. I am OINP nominee holder, got AOR in November 2018 and biometrics December 2018. Anyone provided biometrics? what happens after? how long is taking now the process. I am under job offer stream.

My AOR date 2 Feb 2019, yet no BIL. The said the send a letter on 3 Feb 2019 (may be postal) to me but do not know what about. Any one received any postal letter after AOR? Do not know when will get biometric letter.
I am having same issue My AOR is on 8th Jan 2019 , according to IRCC they sent me BIL on 8th Jan , but till today not me nor my rep has got any email or letter. I have raised couple of CSE and still waiting for there reply. My file is at London Visa office. You should raise CSE inquiry as well it very frustrating situation for me right now. I asked through CIC web form and the answer was just that Central intake office received my application and still in progress also I provided my biometrics on December 26/2018 but my GCKey account still showing that they did not received it yet.
Finally after 40 days received biometric letter. Please inform CIC regarding your issue. Well I called IRCC and agent told me that my file has been transferred to London Visa Office Canada after initial proceeding at CIO,sydney Nova Scotia. Well in your situation there is nothing to worry , the issue you are having is kind of technical problem at IRCC end and lots of people are facing this issue now a days. However what I suggest you is call IRCC and ask them that whether they have got your biometrics in their system if answer is yes then no need to worry about at all everything is good and if answer is no then ask them what actions are required at your end. I am sending you link where you can also verify about your finger prints as well online.

My case is wierd. I am in an inland CEC applicant , and I have been asked to go outside Canada to get biometrics done.
Well to I got talk to them 1 month ago and I had to follow the menu and instructions , so I advise you to keep trying. Lately I have heard that lots of people trying to reach IRCC but unable to talk to them I guess they are have some technical issues.How did you manage to get through to an agent? Well I really do not have any idea for Bio metrics of Inland applicants so cannot really comment on it. Anyways good luck dear hope all end well for us.

Yes Dear I received them finally on 20 th march, after long struggle and follow up with IRCC.I got letter in my online account.
