I submitted my application since June 2021 up till now I haven't received any letter for biometrics, is there any issue with biometric?

I applied for TEMPORARY residents visa, to truro nova Scotia Canada. Now I contacted the agent he said since he made the APPLICATION he hasn't received acknowledgment mail indicating the UCI, the number, the biometric date and all that
Please can I get a helping hand?
