Does anyone know if it is possible to get an extension on the date that I have been asked to get my biometric information in by?
It is impossible for me to get to a VAC before the end of June because going to a VAC requires that I travel to another country, and I am expected to submit biometrics by May 29.

Explain it to the visa office in a case specific email. The address is on their web site.
 
Tried that, no response so far. Also I tried talking to the Visa office which is what the letter says, the Visa office told me that they can't help me with online applications and that I have to talk to the embassy, when I talked to the embassy they told me that I have to talk to the visa office. No one seems to know what is going on, I just really don't want my application to be refused for this reason and to have to re-apply all over again if there is some way around it.

Hopefully the case specific email that I sent will get me some sort of answer soon.
