Biometrics updation

I had the visitor visa for Canada .Therefore, my biometrics were completed in 2019. Now in Dec 2020 I have appled for study permit from India. It has already been more than 2 months that my biometrics status is not shown as completed in gckey. However, biometrics number, expiry date and enrollment date is shown in the applicant portal. I have raised webforms but still the status is not updated. Any help will be appreciated.

Same with me but for me in my gckey it shows that my biometrics is complete btw Applied last year Feb 2020 under online regular stream. Got my BVL last Jan 21 2021 but it was dated April 29 2020. So I raised multiple webform and email my visa office regarding the status of my application until I got a response from them that asking for my biometrics which i’ve completed long time ago before lockdown happened
