Biometrics update

Hi friends

I have submitted ny biometrics on 27th september. Now it's been almost 60 days still bio didnt got updated. And my agent send the mail to ircc and they replied that they did not got my fingerprints. So my agent replied it with bio proof and still no replyy. (Also i had called vfs and they told they have send it), can anyone suggest any solution?

This is confusing but you applied from which country?
