Seems to be working now. Just booked an appointment for Today. In Downtown Toronto. Still plenty of spots available. I can only assume all other places will have slots available. All the best people!!

I just called the IRCC agent and they said so far the online booking is not out yet. Once it's out they will market it on the website. By then the SC will still keep calling. So I guess we just have to keep an eye on Twitter or the website and hope it'll come out soon. If anyone happens to see it whenever it is out and if you could post it here it'll be great!

Open in incognito mode, right bottom, you have to register your email, just input. You will get a code in email.
Login with the code and email, select your location and book it, in pop up, input your application number and confirm.
