I called IRCC help line 1888-242-2100 and asked about why not getting call for Biometric, so the Rep by herself started looking into the file.

How can IRCC and SC make such muddles of this calling. This just prolongs the decision making. 2 people, same application number and 1 person's name is given to SC. Did you not try going with him on the appointment day? Many folks got it that way

They forgot about the ones who received their bils before they started calling. This system is so inefficient. Maybe we could find who devised this way through access to information and privacy. At least we will have a name to criticise lol.

I went to SC with him, but they sent me back by saying that you can only come if you have appointment.
I have SC and IRCC numerous times, they asked me to wait, which is really frustrating.

No! I’ve not got it yet! Has anybody else? If anybody from Brampton gets called in, can you just ask the Service Canada officer on what basis are they calling us and when can we expect a call from them?

I agree that's why we need to take to Twitter and ask em to bring it back one person can't make a difference but if we all do it together we can get some things changed for the better
