Probably a much larger backlog.
My friend here in Vancouver who had a Biometrics appointment shortly after Service Canada closed in March said, that there was a 3-4 Months delay according to heir immigration lawyer already. And THEN COVID hit.
Hello, I would like to share my progress with you guys.
I had a missed call from SC yesterday at 2:50pm Saskatchewan time. (4:50pm Ottawa time I believe)
They called with a private number, so make sure that you don't block the private numbers on your phone setting (which I did, so silly).

On a side note, good progress made by Service Canada in SK. Already calling July AORs. We know that AORs are relatively less in Saskatchewan, but still appears to be a positive sign. Good luck @Purirong

They called me again as they said.

Yeah...Canada is waiving biometrics requirements for permanent residence applicants who submitted biometrics in the last 10 years.
