Biometrics Request Received - Medical Not Required?

We received our AOR yesterday and today we received the request for biometrics.

When we looked on the mycic account under medical, it essentially says (paraphrasing here) you are not required to take a medical, they will update if needed.

Is it normal to say that under the medical section?
