Hi everyone,

Anyone know that when will be reopen Service Canada for biometrics?
If know please let me know.
Because already gone 100 days for implied status.

As of now ..no one knows...I m following from US and apparently the tentative date is jun22 but it's subject to change at any point
 
@Narik29 thanks for the info! how were you informed of this tentative date? I've been on implied status for nearly 100 days too and waiting for Service Canada to reopen...

VFS team only but they are keep on saying it's a tentative date and we cannot confirm it

I asked them..they don't have a date but there is a maintenance today on IRCC site.. hopefully they will say something..USCIS ASC centers are opening on JUL 13
 
Still no reopening, this is really weird, everything has pretty much reopened in BC why are they not allowing Service Canada to reopen for biometrics?
I think they realize that now there is such a backlog of people who need to give biometrics that the appointment website would crash in 10 seconds, so they are not reopening because they are looking for alternative ways to deal with the huge number of people who need to give biometrics...more sites? No biometrics?
Thoughts?
 
Anyone know about the service canada?
When will be open for biometrics?
And any way, I can go for biometrics in any border?

Yes it is.... I've been waiting for this since March when I got my AOR. They should find a way to by-pass this Biometric step to progress the application otherwise could take I dont know how much time to complete.
You wont believe, every day when I wake up in the morning, I check the news about service canada like if there is any news about opening the centres anywhere in Canada :)
