Hi,
So I applied for a study permit extension back in May and paid the biometrics fee. I just noticed in my bank statement that I got an 85$ refund from IRCC last week. Does this mean that my application is soon to be completed?
From IRCC website:
" If you pay the biometric fee because you’ve been prompted to do so, and you receive a biometric instruction letter, you do not have to give your biometrics if you’re in Canada and applying for temporary residence. When we finalize your application, we’ll send you a refund for the biometric fee. You do not need to do anything to initiate the refund. "
