Biometrics query

Hi all,
I had done my biometrics on February 3rd, 2021 and in my IRCC portal it was not updated and the msg read as we have not received your biometrics after reviewing my webform. But now, on March 15th, 2021, I have again received a biometrics collection letter. But the letter content is the same as the first one, it does not specify the reason for taking the biometrics again. What shall I do? Has anyone else faced this situation?

Hey I'm facing the same biometrics issue. I gave my biometrics on Feb 18, I can see all my biometrics details like enrollment date, expiry date and biometrics number. But still on the bottom left section of updates it says we need your fingerprints. I raised a few webforms,but no update from IRCC.
