Biometrics not Updated on Cic website

Hi,

I have submitted biometrics in June 2019. However CIC website still shows that biometrics have not been received.

At the same time, I can see my biometrics number and expiry date on right side corner. What should be done in this case?
We have contacted VFS and they say that the biometrics have been forwarded.
