hi representative says they won’t comment unless it’s priority query relating to afghanistan. sent web forms but no reply. plz help.

have contacted vfs helpline multiple times. They confirmed that they have uploaded the fingerprints. They also said that the update should be performed by IRCC, thus not much they can do. Should I go for a re-enrollment?
 
also another question: is this just the status not being updated, or is it actually not received? if it’s the status display issue, does it stall out the processing time?
Most probably it is alright, but I wanted to confirm so called IRCC helpline to get some peace of mind....
 
Actually checked with two other consultants today. The reply is that if the biometric date and number are reflected on the application summary it's fine. It's just that IRCC hasn't updated the status yet.

Hi,
I saw your post related to biometric update.
I applied for my father supervisa from india.
He recieved bimetric submissions request on 23rd Oct.
My father submitted biomertics on 29th Oct.
I can see the biometric number and expiry date in applicant information.
But i still see that:

Biometrics
  • We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.
Please let me know what you did for your case?
whom you called on what number or emailed?
