I submitted my biometrics on Nov 15 per the biometrics request letter I got on Nov 10. Until this week it was not uploaded to my account and I thought it was a glitch, but yesterday (Dec 16) I received another letter from IRCC to do my biometrics. I called both the office that I did my biometrics and IRCC yesterday and they told me the only thing I can do is to raise a webform with a confirmation sticker that I got from my first biometrics, which is what I did. I'm an inland applicant btw.
However, as I wandered through the posts here, I discovered that I could check if my biometrics was effective and I figured I don't even have any record on IRCC for my bio. Also I could see some people under the same circumstance as mine which didn't get any answer even when they raised multiple webforms.
I'm freaking out, should I do the biometrics again?
