Biometrics Letter only received by the Principal Applicant

Hi there! I’ve sent a tourist visa application for my parents online and paid the fees upon submission as well. I checked that the Biometrics Letter was only sent to my mother because she’s the principal applicant, but not to my father. Is this letter for them both? I believe if it’s paid online, they should receive the letter within 24 hours the application was submitted. I’m just wondering why my dad still didn’t get one. Hopefully someone can give their feedback about this. Thank you!

Yes shes 14. All paid online and in advance.

Until now, my father still hasn’t received his own Biometric Instructions Letter. Also, I checked their application fees paid, for my mom (PA), it says there Family Biometric Fee, Quantity 1 = $170 and as for my dad, Family Biometric Fee, Quantity 1 = $0. Do you think the letter that my mother received is for both of them already?

No they each get their own. I applied Friday recieved my letter Saturday am, my daughters Monday pm.

We just received another letter today for original passport request; however, it’s only for the Principal Applicant. Did you receive the passport request at the same time or there was also a delay like biometrics letter? Thank you.

My family (Dad,Mom and Brother) submitted Visitor visa application on July 21st with my Dad being Primary Applicant. Biometric Information letter was only generated for my Father and Brother only on July 22. It has been four days and no sign of Biometric letter for mom. Is this normal? What can we do? They have paid all fees upfront (CAD 300 for 3 applications and CAD 170 for Family Biometric)
