I applied for study permit on 9/11/2020, still haven't received the biometric collection letter and the BIL. I raised two webforms but didn't get any response. Can somebody help me out

Hello, just to help people,
My experience, I submitted my application in 20 November, I received my husband Biometric letter in 21 November, I contacted IRCC via webform in 22 November to ask about my BIL, they send it in 22 November afternoon.

No only webform and they reply within around 5 hours

by mistake I have revoked my gc key account. I AM TRYING TO LINK IT AGAIN AND ALL THE DETAILS ARE CORRECT STILL IT SHOWING ERROR OCCURED.I HAVE LOST MY ALL INFORMATION REGARDING MY FILE. PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE IS ANY WAY OUT.I NEED TO BOOK MY BIOMETRICS BUT I DO NOT HAVE MY BIOMETRIC INSTRUCTION LETTER.PLEASE TELL ME IF ANYBODY CAN HELP ME!!!MY FILE IS FOR JAN INTAKE 2021

We can't book biometrics untill we have Biometric Instruction Letter, I also have not recieved the BIL yet I have applied on 6th Nov 2020 till now I haven't recieved it.

I am not sure why this is happening. Even if the application gets returned, what will happen to the fees paid?
