I have a workshop in March in Quebec. I have applied trv visa and got biometrics letter and in India vfs not providing biometrics for trv visa. So my question is can we go to another country for biometrics or should we wait?? Please reply

You can but you can’t travel to Canada on a TRV unless you have extended or immediate family in Canada and have written authorization to travel. A workshop is not essential travel.

Should we go ahead and go to another country or not because it’s not an essential travel. Is Biometrics in another country will make any negative decision on my file??

Sure you can go to another country if you have received biometrics letter. Getting an approved visitor visa will not allow you to enter Canada until border restrictions open up.

What should we do if biometrics are not open in India? Should we mail ircc for biometrics or something else? Please reply

Mail IRCC for what? Biometrics must be completed and unless you go to another country where offices are open, you have to wait.

Then please advise me what should we do if we want to do biometrics in the same country of residence?
Unfortunately you can’t. You wait to be asked as priority are not those travelling for tourism or workshops. Priorities are family members of Canadians and PRs. And even an approved permit, you can’t enter Canada.

Even extend family members of PR holders are not allowed to give biometrics in india. Whom are you trying to say is prioritized?

I should have said immediate family members. You said extended family members and they aren’t prioritized. Immediate family members may be.
