Biometrics for my mother is done but still visa application shows fingerprints not received

For my mother visitor visa her biometrics has been done onn24 th august and her visa application shows biometric is but still biometrics status on application shows fingerprint not received. Do any one has faced or seen this earlier. If yes please let me know what need to be done in this case.
