I have 2 questions:
1. I received my ITA and applied online on 20 May 2018, before the mandatory biometrics policy for Bangladeshi applicants which came into effect on Nov 2018. I have been asked to submit my passport for visa processing last week without any instructions to give biometrics. Are applications made before Nov 2018 exempt from the biometrics policy?
2. If I receive the visa for permanent residence, is there a time limit within which I have to permanently move to Canada?
