What do you mean by "BIOMETRICS EXEMPTION UPDATED" ?

I had given biometrics before and they are still valid. My previous biometrics was applied to the PR application and the status changed/ updated from "we need your fingerprints " to "October 17, 2020 Completed' under the Biometrics section.

How much time will take to biometric update on file after appointment
