How long does it take to get GCMS notes once you apply for it?
My AOR is February 2, 2020
Still says " we've not received your biometrics"

Mine was exactly 3 weeks. Safe to say min 2 weeks from past applicants

My Biometric got updated today as well. I just saw a text on the other group for bio exempt post and then checked mine. Miracle! Mine updated as of Oct 9 as well. Waiting for COPR now!! Woohoo!!

Hey! Has your application been changed to approved yet? Our biometrics changed on the same date so wondering if they’ll be approved the same date.

Yep within the last hour. My biometrics got updated 9th October then final approval today.

Nope. No ghost updates, no calls, no email. Just checked and it had updated and has COPR number then says check messages for more details but no messages in inbox

I got my biometrics status updated today (October 15). My AOR was on February 26 and medical passed on March 4th.

Based on a call with an IRCC agent, my "Security" and "Criminality" statuses are still "In Progress". Does anyone know what the difference between "Security" and "Criminality" is? Is biometrics required for both of them?

Would be thankful to have your experience in my case:
- AOR on July 1st under inland CEC
- Biometrics request letter on September 1st, right the same day I had my biometrics info loaded from my previous applications on my PR profile.
- Medical passed the same day September 1st.

Now, since the biometrics exemption, my profile says: "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.", but this does not make sense, since under the new exemption I do not need to provide biometrics as I have already provided it 2 years ago for my work permit. Is this biometrics status expected? Have raised 2 web forms, no action happened.

My PR application is for Federal Skilled Worker (EE), AOR was on February 26, the status of medical results was updated on March 4th, and I submitted my biometrics in January, 2020 for my work visa application.

Also, I see some folks say that their "Eligibility" status says "Passed". I wonder when did "Eligibility" get updated for you? Was it after your biometrics status was updated? The "Eligibility" section of my application still stays "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements". Any insights would be appreciated!

My eligibility is passed but only on my GCSM notes and further confirmed from phone call with IRCC agent. When I log into my profile still says checking eligibility. Not sure how they’re updating the files but I don’t think they’re all in exact order. My guess is maybe they have split up a huge back log between agents and some agents are working faster than others.

Eligibility and background checks in your profile won’t get updated with compeletion dates and will remain “in progress” until you receive a final decision on your app. The only way to find the exact status of this is to call IRCC, raise a webform or order notes.

Your biometrics status will likely get updated soon. My AOR was on Feb 26, medical passed on March 4th, and biometrics submitted back in January for a TRV. But the biometrics status on the PR application got updated only a few days ago (Oct 15).
