Biometrics delay

Hello I have helped couple of people to apply for visiting Canada, as soon as they applied online they got the application number and biometrics in few minutes.

Recently I help another person to submit his application online, everything went well we got our receipt payment but neither Application Number nor Biometrics came. It has been almost 2 days and I'm worried that some technical issue has happened.

Has anyone here faced the same problem? Who should I contact with?

Don't worry you will received that,i received mine 5 days after i submit my application

Thanks, yes, after around 5 days I got both application number and biometrics.
