Dont be so hopeless. I think they really lost their head. Its 4 th refusal on unlogical grounds. I was the scholar of Canadian government scholarship. If Global Affairs chose me as the scholar of full foundation, then it means visa officers are just unlogical people..nothing more.
I'm terribly sorry. Have you ever applied for GCMS notes? I genuinely wonder what reason they have to make such a decision. The scholarship certainly satisfies financial concerns. Maybe something wrong about the security check or other eligibility factors such as age or selection of course, but it really does not add up in my mind. But in the state site of global affairs its stated that scholars of state scholarships are eligible for selection of course, program, finance, etc. I also wonder really why.
