Biometrics confusion.. visitor visa india

Hi guys.. I was wondering if I can book a slot for biometrics in hyderabad after 25th November the official date posted or should I wate till I get an email ? Applied for visitor visa in july.. medicals done in May 29th and thats not updated in account too.. appreciate your suggestions
