when I have to do my biometric? after I pay the application fee? or before that I can do my biometric?

They will send a Biometric request after you submit your application - that's after CIC clears your medicals.

now I have to take police certificate from turkey because I travel a lot there. do you know how many days they will take to bring me? because I dont know whats should I do now
