Biometric validity letter received via email but still unable to link account online

Hello,

I submitted my TRV application at the Visa Application Centre in London on July 23. I received my first correspondence, the validity of biometric letter yesterday. I have tried linking my account online multiple times, however there are no records found. My VFS tracking switch from ‘Visa is being processed’ to ‘no records found’ and and then ‘visa is being processed,’ and this morning. Is is normal to receive the biometrics correspondence without being able to link my account online?

Hi, I applied on 24 July London visa centre too, I linked my account on 1 aug, but after that I received a letter requesting my biometric info again. I never received the validity of biometric letter.
